LaLiga president Javier Tebas has spoken about the Court of Arbitration for Sport's (CAS) verdict in Manchester City's case against UEFA and he is not happy. City on Monday had their two-year Champions League ban rescinded and their fine reduced by €20 million to €10 million, a sign CAS is "not up to standard", according to Tebas.
